Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Data Privacy, by Design.
Your data. Your control.
Curiate uses data to power, personalize, operate, and improve the AI-enabled experiences we provide to our business customers.
We do not sell Customer Data to data brokers or third parties for their own independent advertising or marketing purposes.
This Privacy Policy explains how Curiate (“Curiate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites, products, services, artificial intelligence systems, and related technologies (collectively, the “Platform”).
Curiate primarily provides technology to businesses and brands (“Customers”). Our Customers may use Curiate to provide personalized shopping, recommendation, discovery, and related experiences to their own customers and users (“End Users”).
Curiate may collect and process information that is provided directly to us, provided by our Customers, generated through use of the Platform, obtained through integrations, or collected automatically when the Platform is used.
Depending on how the Platform is configured and used, this information may include business and account information, Customer Data, End User information, shopping preferences, transaction-related information, communications, device and usage information, inferred insights, billing information, and information from connected third-party services.
We may use information to provide, operate, maintain, and support the Platform; generate personalized recommendations and experiences; develop and improve our products and AI systems; conduct analytics; provide support; detect fraud and security issues; and comply with legal obligations.
Curiate uses artificial intelligence and machine learning as part of the Platform. AI-generated recommendations and outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be evaluated in the context in which they are used.
Curiate may disclose or make information available when reasonably necessary to provide, operate, support, secure, develop, or improve the Platform.
We may work with service providers and technology providers for cloud hosting, AI infrastructure, analytics, security, communications, payments, and professional services. Information may be provided to the Customer whose use of the Platform generated or supplied the information, or to integrations a Customer connects.
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. Curiate does not sell Customer Data to data brokers or third parties for their own independent advertising or marketing purposes.
Curiate uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Platform, maintain relationships, support security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and applicable law.
Privacy rights vary depending on where an individual lives, the type of information involved, Curiate’s role in processing that information, and applicable law. Where applicable, an individual may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or copies of certain personal information.
Because Curiate primarily provides technology to businesses, privacy requests relating to End User information should generally be directed to the applicable Customer. Where required, Curiate will assist Customers in responding to valid privacy requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update this Policy, we will revise the Effective Date above.
